1688 Taobao Dropshipping Procedure

Step 1.

Integrate the store with fullfillment ERP. We will need the admin access to finish this step. Accept the store from Shopify, woocommerce, Amazon, eBay etc.

Step 2.

Order sync. After store integration, we will sync the daily order in our ERP system.

Step 3.

Sourcing and purchasing. Eversol will help to source suppliers who has stock from 1688 Taobao, send you the quotes. And we will start to purchase after your approval and payment.

Step 4.

Arrive Eversol warehouse. It will take 2-4 days to have the purchased products arrive Eversol warehouse.

Step 5.

QC. Eversol is responsible of the products’ quality checking. For any damaged, poor quality products, we will take photos, and communicate with you, and contact supplier on returning and replacement.

Step 6.

Repacking. For non-private products will be repacked with plain packages. For custom label packaging, we can help to customize label, tag, sticker, gift card, coupon card, also can have your logo on different packaging material.

Step 7.

Barcode. For dropshipper store product quantities exceed 10 we will need to distinguish them with barcode, each product color size has a the unique SKU, Eversol warehouse will print the SKU and stick on the product packaging.

Step 8.

Update inventory and warehousing. All Barcoded products will be on the shelf and scanned to the ERP system.

Step 9.

Daily order shipping. Eversol staff will do the daily order fullfillment.

Step 10.

Tracking number upload to stores. if you dropship via Oberlo the tracking number cannot being uploaded to Oberlo directly, which means you will need to upload tracking and fulfill manually;

Step 11.

After sale.

  • Damaged package, wrong package, Eversol will take the responsibility on resend;
  • Damaged package, wrong package, Eversol will take the responsibility on resend; Lost packages, we will help to contact courier on the refund;
  • Wrong address provided by client and rejected packages, Eversol won’t take the responsibility.

If you will make own inventory, you just need to contact your supplier to ship your inventory to Eversol warehouse. And then we will fullfill your order in your stores. It’s the same procedure except step #3 to steop #6.
